Condolence From: Dawn W
Condolence: Not gonna lie - this has been rough!! We grew up more like siblings than uncle and niece. You will be in my heart and memories forever. I will always cherish the memories we made on the farm. I'll never forget how we both would have nosebleeds at the same time. That was pretty crazy. What was crazier was when we rolled down the hill in the field and when we came in, Mommom pulled what looked like a thousand ticks off of us. She had a little fire going by the sink and we laughed as the ticks were scattering all over the counter. How about the white mice we had? I think we lost half of them the day we took all of them out of the cage to play with. Thank God I don't remember getting in trouble for that. Of course we did get in a little trouble for trying to ride a cow and trying to run on top of a barrel across the field. You were always so full of life, easy going and well, yes - CrAzY. The first time we went for a ride in the Cobra, you had to stop in the middle of Dover Rd to have a conversation with a trash can that wouldn't get out of your way. I think you talked to it for a good 3 minutes or more before you made your way around it. I will never forget the experience I had in skinning and gutting a deer thanks to you!! I don't think I could handle something like that now. I only wish that there was something we could have done to keep you from suffering in so much pain near the end. I'm forever grateful for your salvation and knowing that you are set free from all pain. You will be greatly missed and forever loved.

Condolence From: Bruce Emge
Condolence: Your physical body was only a temporary house for your eternal soul.
I know that you are alright now, and in a better place than any of us can imagine.
I'm grateful for the memories that we have. From childhood... playing, hunting, camping,
and we were pretty ornery too.
To adulthood... catching up; indulging in enjoyable recollection of past events; and yes.. Still ornery.
Love you Doug. I know how much you loved your family. I'm honored to have been a part
of your existence and memories. You were really funny too.
But most importantly, your loyalty could be counted on in the best of times; and the worst of times.
Rest in peace Brother.
