Cody Ryan Holbrook

Cody Ryan Holbrook, 26, of New Freedom went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 27, 2018. Born in Baltimore he was the son of Patti (Ford) Holbrook of New Freedom. Cody was a material handler for Caterpillar and was a sweet, respectful, big hearted man who had a contagious smile and laugh. He loved his Lord and his nephew Owen. Cody graduated from Susquehannock High School where he played varsity basketball and recently completed an apprenticeship program with job corp. in West Virginia. He was an avid Ravens fan. Cody will be missed by all who knew him. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister Hillary, wife of Sebastian Besting and one nephew Owen Besting. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 7PM from Grace Fellowship Church, 74 E. Forrest Ave. Shrewsbury with Rev. Mark E. Fair officiating. Interment will be private. A visitation with his family will be held from 6-7pm at the Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Not One More, York Chapter, P.O.
