Antoinette Elizabeth High

Antoinette “Toni” Elizabeth High, 73, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 with her husband faithfully by her side. She was the loving wife of Wayne Howard High of Stewartstown; they would have been married 50 years in June. Born October 16, 1948 in Baltimore, MD; she was the daughter of the late Maximillian Peter and Josephine Theresa (Maivelette) Koelbel. Toni worked for the Social Security Administration for many years as a Claims Examiner. She loved traveling to Williamsburg, VA and enjoyed being creative, costuming and theater. She also like to work hands - on, customizing dollhouses and model room boxes. Toni was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and a member of the Red Hat Society. There will be a public visitation on Monday, June 6, 2022 from 7:00- 9:00PM at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc. 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, PA 17349. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 11:00AM atSt. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 315 N. Constitution Ave. New Freedom, PA. Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions may be made in Toni’s memory to: St. John the Baptist Catholic Church; 315 N.
