Beverly R. Ruppersberger (Reynolds)

Beverly Reynolds Ruppersberger, 86, of Cockeysville, died Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at York Hospital, York, PA. She was the wife of the late George A. Ruppersberger and the late Roscoe H. Crosier, Jr.. Following cremation, a Memorial Service will be held 11 am Saturday, September 10 at Timonium United Methodist Church, 2300 Pot Spring Rd, Timonium. Beverly was the daughter of the late Russell R. and Mary E. (Nichols) Reynolds. She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly C. Crowley and her husband Jeffrey; a sister, Betye McCarty; brother-in-law, Elijah Jones, and was a dear Aunt to Russell, Michael and Jeffrey Jones, Elise Pailthorpe, Matthew and James McCarty. She was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Jones. Beverly managed Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger's Campaign Office for 10 years. She was appointed to the Baltimore Property Tax Assessment Appeals Board, serving under 3 Governors for seventeen years. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Timonium United Methodist Church, 2300 Pot Spring Rd. Timonium, MD 21093. The J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., New Freedom, PA is assisting the family.
