Carlie Roselinda "Linda" Wiley (Beavers), 76, entered into the presence of the Lord Jesus on March 25, 2025, at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. Born on August 30, 1948, in Pinnacle, West Virginia, she was 1 of 10 children to the late Carr H. and Frankie Elizabeth (Bostic) Beavers.
Linda attended North Harford and Bel Air High Schools. During her time working, she helped at Citizens Nursing Home in Havre De Grace. Linda was a devoted stay at home wife and loving mother of six children. She found great joy in the outdoors, especially on the family farm, where she spent a lot of time with her parents and siblings. Her favorite time of year on the farm was hay baling season. Her deep appreciation for nature extended to her love of taking pictures and spending time outside. Linda adored and cherished any time she could spend with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A born-again Christian, Linda was a dedicated member of Turnpike Baptist Church. She cherished visiting with her Amish friends in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and found fulfillment in the simple yet meaningful moments spent with family.
She is survived by her son, Scott Bruno and his wife Dana, of White Hall, MD; her son, Mike Bruno and his partner Theresa of Freeland, MD; her son, Daniel Bruno and his partner Dawn of White Hall, MD; her daughter, Wendy Ayres and her husband Donny of White Hall, MD; and her son, Joshua Bruno and his wife Erin, of White Hall, MD. Linda was a proud grandmother to 16 grandchildren with a new one expected in July, as well as 6 great-grand-children. She is also survived by her siblings Rita Coldiron, Michael Beavers, Henrietta Stoneburner, and Ida Workman.
She was preceded in death by her late husband, Charles F. Wiley; her son, Mark A. Bruno; and siblings, Clyde Beavers, Connie Badders, Shirley Sopko, Jessie Gordon, and Lois Eller.
