Dennis J. Devaney

Dennis J. Devaney, 65, passed away unexpectedly on April 1, 2019. He was the loving husband of the late Christina M. (Nord) Devaney. They were married on March 9, 1999, and celebrated twenty years of marriage before her passing on December 11, 2016. Born in Glen Ridge, NJ, he was the son of the late Howard and Mary (Stanley) Devaney. Dennis had been employed at Kent Construction Company of Smyrna, Delaware, as a fleet manager. Dennis will be remembered as an analytical person who was very detailed orientated. He was always willing to help with projects, solving problems for those who needed his help. Surviving are his children: Eric, Elizabeth, Rachael, and Kyle; his stepchildren, Peter, Christopher, and Nicholas; numerous grandchildren: and five step-grandchildren. Services are private and at the convenience of his family.
