Earl Edward Harmon

Earl Edward Harmon, 87, of Cumberland, Maryland, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2019. He was the husband of the late Marie Kay (Yost) Harmon who passed away on July 17, 2013. Born in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania, Earl worked extensively as an excavator in the construction industry. He enjoyed hunting. Surviving are two sons, James L. Harmon and Richard E. Harmon; 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Harmon. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a viewing on Tuesday, November 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 24 N. Second Street, New Freedom. There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the New Freedom Cemetery with Rev. Melissa McDade officiating.
