Edward L. Wienefeld

Edward L. Wienefeld, 91, of Timonium, Maryland, passed away suddenly Friday, January 31, 2020. He was the loving husband of the late June Etta (Parks) Wienefeld. Born in York, he was the son of the late Edward Louis and Hazel (Parrish) Wienefeld. He proudly served in the U.S. Army. Ed was the owner/operator at one time of Loch Raven Liquors. He spent many happy days at his summer home in Wenona, Maryland, with his family and friends. He enjoyed kayaking and fishing. Surviving is a son, Edward L. Wienefeld, Jr.; two sisters, Frances Wienefeld and Carol Jewitt; 4 nieces and nephews, Cindy Bowden, Stephanie Ireland, Thomas Wienefeld Jewitt, and Michael Petrides. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Wienefeld and a sister, Linda Lee Kline. There will be a Life Celebration Service announced at a later date. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ed’s memory to: Salvation Army of Central Maryland, 814 Light Street, Baltimore, Md. 21230.
