Eileen Doris Moore

Eileen Doris Moore, 79, of Stewartstown, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, February 28, 2021. She was the wife of Ronald L. Moore, Sr. of Stewartstown to whom she married on October, 2015. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was a daughter of the late Irvin J. and Doris E. (McCammon) Lambdin. She was a member of New Freedom VFW Post 7012 and Parkton American Legion Auxillary Post 256.Eileen enjoyed laughing and spending time with her family and friends. She had a love for all dogs, especially German Shepard’s. In addition to her husband Ronald, she is survived by her daughter Doreen A. Bapisteller; a nephew Will Brown and his wife Holly; two nieces Melissa A. Steps and her husband David and Lisa Bearman and her husband Joseph; great nieces and nephews Austin Brown, Jason and Jacob Steps, Joey and Riley Bearman; brother Irvin J. Lambdin Jr.; brother in law Brian Strayer; and three step children Ronald Moore, Jr. and his wife Debbie, Alan Moore, and Lynda Knapp and her husband Eric. She was preceded in death by a sister Deborah A. Strayer and a nephew Brian Strayer, Jr. There will be a viewing on Friday, March 5, 2021 from 10:00 –10:30 am at Holy Trinity Charismatic Episcopal Church; 2285 Plank Rd, Stewartstown, PA 17363. A Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30am on Friday at the church. Interment will be at Parkwood Cemetery, MD. Those in attendance are asked to wear a mask, and social distance as appropriate.
