Evelyn Pauline Weidner

Evelyn Pauline Weidner, 86, of Shrewsbury, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Edward Paul Weidner Jr. and Margaret Meredith (Speer) Weidner. She had been employed as an executive assistant by C & P Telephone Company for over 25 years. She "retired" and then worked another 26 1/2 years at GBS.Surviving is a sister, Joan Kirby of Shrewsbury, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two siblings, Margaret Eileen Nolan and Edward Paul Weidner III. There will be a visitation honoring her life from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, August 29, at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, PA 17349.
