Frances A. (Barth) Lippy

Frances A. (Barth) Lippy, 79, formerly of Baltimore, Md., passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Mark E. Lippy, to whom she was married 52 years. Born April 20, 1943, in Baltimore City, Md., Frances was the daughter of the late Julius and Ruth (Hubbard) Barth. Frances is survived by her five children, twin sons, Mark E. Lippy, Jr. of Parkville, Md., Martin E. Lippy and his partner, Stephen Cole of Ellicott City, Md., Wayne A. Lippy and his wife, Jennifer of Shrewsbury, Janice A. Harmis and her husband, Bobby of New Freedom, and Sherry L. McConnell and her husband, Brian of Owings Mills, Md. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth and brother, Timmy. She is preceded in death by her three siblings, Peggy, Joel Jr., and Nanette. A funeral service will begin at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2022 from Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, with the Rev. Melissa A. McDade officiating. There will be a viewing from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
