Frances J. Shaver

Judy Shaver, 97, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Havover. She was the wife of the late Gilbert Shaver, to whom she was married 63 years. Born June 25, 1927, in Maryland, Judy was the daughter of the late Frank and Ruby (James) Denton.

She was a member of the Turnpike Baptist Church in Shrewsbury. Judy enjoyed playing games, singing gospel songs, fishing, being by the water at her family’s beach cottage, eating sweets and spending time with her family.

Judy is survived by one daughter, Carolyn E. Campbell and her husband, Daniel Lee Campbell of Spring Grove; one granddaughter, Angie Buser and her husband, Matt Buser of York; and two great-granddaughters, Ashely Buser and Lexie Buser. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Frankie June Parrish and Laura Sue Lauer.

Services and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
