Geraldine Morrow

Geraldine (Gerri) M. Morrow, 81, of Stewartstown, PA, peacefully passed away from this life on February 2nd.

Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter to the late Mary E. and Martin J. Knecht.

Gerri and husband, Thomas E. Morrow Jr. moved to Jarrettsville, Maryland in the late 1960s where she raised her 3 loving sons as a stay-at-home mom. She later worked as a hostess in fine dining establishments and eventually worked in the bakery business until she retired and moved to Stewartstown, PA to take care take of her elderly parents.

Gerri was an active member of Stewartstown United Methodist Church, where she enjoyed attending and socializing with the members. Gerri had been living at Westminster Place of Stewartstown retirement community. She really enjoyed the community activities and became very good friends with many of her neighbors over the years.

Gerri was very much loved by her family and many friends. Her presence on this earth will be sorely missed. She now rests in Gods eternal peace and in the loving arms of family members who have passed before her.

Gerri is survived by her son, Timothy C. Morrow; Brother, Martin Knecht and wife Lori; Niece, Jessie Lopez and husband Jeremy, and their sons Trent and Connor and very good friend, Donna Sterner.

She was preceded in death by her two loving sons, Thomas E. Morrow III, Todd J. Morrow, and her parents.

Services with be held a later time to honor and remember, Gerri Morrow.
