H. Frank Joyner

H. Frank Joyner, 81, of Bel Air, passed at his residence on November 2, 2018. He was the loving husband to Cheryl Joyner for 39 years. Frank was born in 1937 to Harmon and Elizabeth (Smith) Joyner in Baltimore, MD. Frank biggest hobby was playing in bluegrass band most of his adult life. He also met the love of his life through music, playing bass in a group with Cheryl. In addition to his wife Cheryl, Frank is survived by his children Frank Randall (Skip) Joyner, David Webb, Jr. and Duane Webb, and Kimberly Griffith; and a sister Joanne Krause. He is preceded in death by a sister Margorie Szymusiak. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 PM on Saturday November 10, 2018 at Ayers Chapel Church, 3046 Ayers Chapel Road, White Hall, MD 21161. Rev. Nicholas Bufano will officiate the service, with a committal ceremony following at the church cemetery.
