Iris Kay Singleton Beauchamp, 76, of Glen Rock, passed away Monday, April 6, 2020 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Russell Meredith Singleton and the late Wilson Nelson Beauchamp. Born in Braxton, WV, she was the daughter of the late Audrey Von and Lola Mae (Blake) Cutlip. Iris was a longtime member of Gunpowder Baptist Church, where she was secretary for 28 years and involved in many activities throughout the years. She loved her family and caring for her grandchildren. Iris was well known for her cooking.She also enjoyed arts and crafts, ceramics, painting, quilting, gardening, and canning. Iris leaves to cherish her memory three sons Daniel Singleton (Lisa Perna), Jeffrey Singleton ( Lori Taylor) and Larry Hershey ( Stephanie Hershey); grandchildren Karisa Jo Singleton, Taylor Singleton and Gabrielle Singleton; Austin Damian and Shania Hershey; two great grandchildren Bailey Paige Shoff and Miah Noel Forry; sister Reva Grey Fincham and brother HarryDale Cutlip; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by siblings Vivian Ruth Stout, Von Junior Cutlip,Erma Louise Cutlip, Fred Kahl Cutlip, Lelah Mae Satterfield, Earl Kendall Cutlip, Jack Colbert Cutlip, Pearl James Cutlip, andGeorgia Grace Cutlip. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family at Middletown Cemetery, Freeland, MD. Unfortunately, due to health concerns with the coronavirus (COVID-19), the family will be postponing celebration of life service until a later date.
