Jack Guy Kalpowsky, 80, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021. He was the husband of Debra A. (Good) Kalpowsky, married 44 years together. Born in Boston, MA, a son of the late August and Marion Myrtle (Blackadar) Kalpowsky. In addition to his wife Debra, Jack is survived by his three children, Michael David Kalpowsky and his wife, Margaret “Peggy,” Lisa Marie (Kalpowsky) Heim and her husband, Thomas “Tom” and John Adam Kalpowsky and his fiancée, Stefanie Dennis;three grandchildren, Kenzie Anne, Caleb Thomas, and Gunnar Jackson. Jack graduated from Watertown High School, MA; Class of 1959 and attended Wentworth Institute for Mechanical Technology from 1959 -1961. He was a United States Airforce Veteran, serving from 1961- 1963. He previously owned his own gas station and automotive garage, while living in Watertown, MA. Jack was a leader of the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America, Troop 27 in Stewartstown. He retired after working as a Bus Driver, Truck Driver, Warehouse Manager and Service Technician for Shaw Walker Company. Jack’s favorite hobbies included fishing, automotive repair, model trains, baseball and rooting for the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2021, from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown, PA 17349. If attending, masks and social distancing are encouraged. Services and interment will be at the convenience of the family.
