James K Wolfe

James “Jim” K. Wolfe, 90, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Inners Creek in Dallastown. Born in York, Pennsylvania, he was a son to the late King Z. and Marvie A. (Bolton) Wolfe.

Jim was a life long resident of New Freedom, Pennsylvania and moved to Renovo, Pennsylvania later in life. He was also a proud United States Marine. He was a very talented self-employed carpenter his entire life. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and always enjoyed what nature had to offer. He could often be seen looking out his window at Inners Creek watching the ducks in the pond and the deer and hummingbirds would come up to his window.

Jim is remembered by his son, Mark J. McComsey (Wendy); and his two siblings, Alma Jean Kepler, and William Wolfe. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two siblings, Marvie Hoffman, and Luecretia Brose.

Services and interment will be at the convenience of the family. Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, PA 17349 is assisting the family with the arrangements.
