Jane Waugh

JaneWaugh, 95, died Sunday March 11, 2018 at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Howard Waugh, Jr. She was born December 10, 1922 in Baltimore, daughter of the late Elmer E. and Helen C. (Cutter) Bacon. Jane was raised in Parkton, returningto Freeland in 1988. She was a graduate of Mount Saint Agnes College and a member of St. James Episcopal Church, Parkton where she was a former Vestry member and active with the women’s group. Jane is survived by a daughter, Kathy Waugh of Freeland; son Edward H. Waugh and his wife Lynne of Elkridge; 2 grandchildren, Jennifer Whitlock and her husband Brian,Zachary Waugh and his wife Marlena; 4 great grandchildren, Colby, Emma, Charlotte & Dylan. She also is survived by a sister, Lucy Bents of Parkton. Following cremation a visitation will be held on Saturday, March 24 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at St. James Episcopal Church 19200 York Rd. Parkton, MD. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 11:00 am. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. James Episcopal Church, PO Box 420 Parkton, MD 21120.
