Janice Almeda Fulton

Janice Almeda Fulton, 92, passed away on September 27, 2022. She was born in Norrisville, Maryland on May 1, 1930, to the late Vernon & Margaret (Heaps) Seitz. Janice was the loving wife of 46 years, to the late Walter M. Fulton.

Janice graduated from Stewartstown High School in 1948 and married her husband, Walter, in September of 1952. Janice was a proud Homemaker and mother of four. She retired from Weyerhaeuser Company of New Freedom, PA, after 21 years of service. She loved to cook and bake but especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Janice was a league bowler who won a few trophies over the years. Janice was a lifetime member of Norrisville United Methodist Church and a charter member of the Eureeka Fire Co., Ladies Auxillary.

Janice is survived by her 3 daughters; Susan M. Fulton, Leann Fulton, and Linda Boggs, and her husband, Bryan; granddaughter, Ashley Bankert and her companion, Keith Trahan, and grandson, Cory Boggs;  brother, Curtis Silk and his wife Norma; sister in law, Doris Seitz; she was preceded in death by her husband Walter M. Fulton; her only son, Robert K. Fulton; brothers, Herman Seitz, W. Kenneth Seitz, M. Lee Seitz; and sister in laws, Geraldine Seitz and Joyce Seitz.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 4 ^th from 11:00 am- 12:00 pm, at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Cares, Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown, PA, 17363. A funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm, officiated by Reverend Melissa McDade and interment will immediately follow in Norrisville United Methodist Cemetery, 2811 W.
