Joseph Harold Cowden

Joseph Harold Cowden passed away on Friday, August 13th. He was the loving brother of Barrie Cowden and his wife, Rose; like a father to Randy Tattersall; adoring “grandfather” of Collin, Conner, Cadden, Callub, and Cannon Tattersall; and dear “great-grandfather” of Adeline & Dawson Tattersall. Joe’s passion in life was coaching soccer, baseball, and mentoring children. He met Randy through the Big Brother’s Program years ago, and became a second dad to him. He also loved playing Poker with the guy’s and was an avid Baltimore Oriole’s Fan. He took great pleasure in spending time with the people he loved. In addition to his family, he is survived by his best friends, Debbie Kinser and Mike Hupfer. He was loved by many and will be missed by all. All services are private.
