Judith J. Baker (Henriksson)

Judith J. Baker, 83, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. Born in Highland Park, IL, to the late Allan and Alice (Johansson) Henriksson, she was the devoted wife ofthe late John R. Baker. Services and interment will be in North Chicago, Illinois, at a later date. J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, is assisting the family with arrangements. Judith was a homemaker and resided in Waukegan, IL, until she moved to York. She then worked in the cafeteria at Indian Rock Elementary School. Surviving is a daughter, Wanda K. McCulloch, and her husband Wayne, of Shrewsbury; a daughter-in-law, Rosemary Baker, of Chicago; four grandchildren, Emily, Erin, Eric, and Sarah; 2 great-grandchildren, Devendra and Avry. She was preceded in death by a son, John W. Baker, and two sisters, Mary Jane P. White and Catherine L. Sandus.
