Kat E Goldman

Kathleen “Kat” E. Goldman, 61, passed away at home Sunday, October 22, 2023. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter to the late Frank T. Kaskie, Sr. and Barbara Ann (Mason) Kaskie. She was the beloved wife to Jay B. Goldman for 39 years.

Kat loved her pets and animals of all kinds. She found her passion as a registered nurse. She loved holidays, especially Christmas and Halloween. Kat enjoyed fairies and painting jewelry.

In addition to her husband, Kat is survived by her daughter, Jenna L. Mea (Steve); her sister, Karen Schaffer (Rick) and brother Frank Kaskie, Jr. (Michelle).

A wake service will be held Friday, October 27, from 3-5pm and 7-9pm at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc. 24 N. Second St, New Freedom, PA 17349. A Funeral Liturgy will be held Saturday, October 28 beginning at 12pm at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church 315 N. Constitution Ave, New Freedom, PA 17349. Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery.
