Katherine "Kitty" L. Kelleher

Katherine “Kitty” L. Kelleher, 88, of Stewartstown passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at SpiriTrust Lutheran in Shrewsbury. Born in Pottstown, PA she was the daughter of the late Herbert W. Blackwell, Sr. and Winifred (Clarke) Blackwell. Kitty as she was known by many worked in quality control for several pharmaceutical companies prior to her retirement. She was a very active member of the Stewartstown Senior Center and the Red Hat Society. Kitty loved arts and crafts and enjoyed being out with her friends and family and always enjoyed a great party. She will be missed by all who knew and interacted with her. Kitty will be remembered by love from her three children Deborah A., wife of Stephen Deweese, Jack E. Mooney and wife Carla and Sandra J., wife of Floyd Collins; two grandchildren Jesse Collins and Hillary Deweese and one brother Herbert W. Blackwell, Jr. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM from Hereford Faith and Life Church, 16931 York Rd., Monkton, MD 21111. Memorial gifts may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association, 2595 Interstate Dr., Ste.100, Harrisburg, PA 17110 and/or to the Stewartstown Senior Center, P.O. Box 235, Stewartstown, PA 17363 in her memory.
