Kathy Susan Kane

Kathy S. Kane, of Glenville, PA passed away suddenly on March 23, 2020.She was the loving wife of Joseph M. Kane – celebrating 45 years of marriage.Kathy is also survived by her daughter, Kristy Carter, son-in-law, Joseph Carter and grandson, Joey.Also surviving is her brother, John C. Simon of Aiken, SC and her sister, Gail S. Sopher and her husband Terry Sopher of Oak Grove, MO, and by nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces.She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl Benjamin Simon and Charlotte (Vollmer) Simon and her sister-in-law Karen Simon. Kathy was born in Baltimore to Earl and Charlotte Simon.She worked for the State of Maryland – Division of Corrections; retiring as Security Major after 28 years of service.Kathy had a great love of animals.
