Kay (Bollinger) Malone, 70, of Shrewsbury passed away Monday, December 11, 2017 at home. She was the wife of the late Thomas V. Holloway. Born in York, she was the daughter of the late Charles Bollinger and Mildred (Almony) Zentz. Kay graduated from Hereford High School in 1965 and worked as an administrative assistant for Westinghouse. She was a member of Maryland Line United Methodist Church and worked at the Lutheran Village. Kay enjoyed having breakfast with her grandchildren and cheering for them at soccer, basketball and wrestling. Kay is survived by her son, Troy Holloway, and his wife, Laura, of Shrewsbury; daughter-in-law, Judy Holloway, of New Freedom; stepfather, William Zentz, of Hampstead, MD; ex-husband, Lawrence Malone, of New Freedom; and nine beloved grandchildren Zachary, Ellie, Eli, Xander, Jack, Nolan, Nick, Ava and Jenna. She was preceded in death by her son, Brian Holloway. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Assembly of God, 234 N. Main St., Shrewsbury, with Pastor Jason Tourville officiating. Her family will be accepting visitors in the hour prior to the service.
