L. Jackie Hendrix (Nelson)

L. “Jackie” Hendrix, 92, of White Hall, MD died Thursday, September 22, at Stella Maris, Timonium, MD.She was wife of the late Martin L. Hendrix. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 1, at 11 am from the J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 24 N. Second Street, New Freedom.Interment is in West Liberty UM Cemetery, White Hall, MD. Jackie was born, August 13, 1924 in White Hall, Baltimore County, MD a daughter of the late William T. and Edith N. (Moore) Nelson.She was a member of Norrisville United Methodist Church. Surviving is a daughter, Patricia “Pat” Bell of White Hall, MD, three grandson, Jim Bell, Scott Burger, and Jeff Burger, eight great grandchildren, and a brother, Jimmy Nelson of Reno, Nevada.Jackie was preceded in death by a daughter, Carolyn Burger. In Jackie’s memory, those who wish may make a contribution to their own favorite charity.
