Laura Therese Fedor

Laura Therèse Fedor, 42, died on Monday, April 23, 2018. Born March 25, 1976, in Washington, D.C., Laura was the daughter of Dr. Frank J. and Margaret Fedor. Raised in Bethesda, Maryland, Laura was a graduate of Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School in Washington, D.C. and the University of Montana, where she received a B.S. in Wildlife Biology. Laura was employed as a Development Technician at McCormick & Company in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Laura cherished her many friends and family members.She enjoyed the great outdoors and was a compassionate animal lover, especially of her beloved cats Smudge, Wailer, and Quinn. In addition to her parents and friends, Laura is survived by siblings Mary Chaiken, husband Frank; John Fedor, wife Kathy; Susie Collins, husband Lee;Julie Meyers, husband John; nieces and nephews Ben and Max Chaiken, Caroline and Eric Meyers, and Emery and Chloe Collins. Interment will be private. A celebration of Laura’s life will be scheduled at a later date.
