Linda L. Martin

Linda L. Martin, 75, passed from this life on Thursday, December 30, 2021. She was the loving wife of Daryl R. Martin and they celebrated 41 years of marriage in November 2021. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Catherine (Dobbins) Morgan. Linda had worked for Element Fleet Management, Sparks, MD, as a billing specialist, retiring in 2020 after 47 years of employment. Linda had a quick wit and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Surviving in addition to her husband is a son, Jeffrey Martin and his girlfriend, Miranda Stauffer of Middle River, MD; father-in-law, Charles Earl Martin of Middle River, MD; sister, June Crue; brother-in-law, Kenny Martin and his wife, Terry of Delta; sister-in-law, Darlene Smith of Dundalk, MD; nieces Natalie Amberman and her husband, Travis of Fawn Grove, Heather Smith, Michelle Barco, Jennifer Raynor Melton, Shelley Raynor Bell, Kriston Crue Osterfeld and her husband Rick Osterfeld Jr., Karen Crue Leonard, Laura Connell; and nephews Shawn Raynor and Howard Leonard. Linda was preceded in death by sisters, Janie Raynor, Carolyn Harrell and a nephew Leslie M. Crue. There will be a viewing from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, January 9, 2022, from Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 24 N. 2nd St., New Freedom, PA 17349. There will be a second viewing on Monday, January 10, from 1-2 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in the New Freedom Cemetery. HartensteinCares.com
