Mark David Wolfe

Mark David Wolfe, 63, of New Freedom, died Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at his residence.

Born in Baltimore, MD on March 22, 1959, he was the son of Burl L. Wolfe of New Freedom and the late Doris L. Wolfe.

Mark graduated from Poly- Tech High School, Class of 1977. He attended two years of college at the University of Maryland.

He worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield as an insurance writer for many years prior to retiring.

Mark is survived by his father Burl and his brother Donald E. Wolfe and his wife Marjorie “Marjie” of FL; three nieces Lisa Wolfe of AZ, Rachel Wolfe of NC, and Donna Wolfe of FL.

He is preceded in death by his mother Doris, and two nieces Angela Mae Wolfe and Kathleen Wolfe Johnson.

A memorial service with be held at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 with the Rev. George M. Schneider officiating. Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation on Tuesday beginning at 1:30 p.m. at the church. Interment will be at the New Freedom Cemetery following the memorial service.
