Mildred Virginia Russell

Mildred Virginia Russell, 89, passed from this life on Saturday, January 18, 2025. She was born in Tazewell County, VA, to Asa Roth ‘Ace’ and Ella Cleo (Johnson) Vencill. Mildred was the loving wife to Blaine D. McClure who passed in 1963 and the late Charles C. Russell who passed in 2010.

She was employed at the former Lehman’s Flower Shop in Shrewsbury. Mildred then worked at the former AMP Inc. for 21 years at Glen Rock, Larue, and Seven Valleys plants. She attended New Beginning Baptist Church, Peach Bottom, PA, and enjoyed flower gardening and reading her bible.

Surviving are two sons, Michael D. McClure and his wife, Theresa of Dallastown, and Keith A. Russell and his wife, Laura of Stewartstown; 1 grandchild, Travis M. McClure and his wife, Amanda; and nieces and nephews.

Services and interment will be private and at the convenience of her family.
