Nancy Louise Gillooly, 85, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018. She was the loving wife of the late James P. Gillooly who passed in 2015. Born in Baltimore, MD, Nancy was the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Murphy) Guerin. She was an avid bingo player, avid Orioles and Dallas Cowboys fan, and enjoyed shopping. Nancy was a member of the “Good Time Girls”, Parkton American Legion Auxiliary Post 256, and the New Freedom VFW Auxiliary Post 7012. She doted on her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Surviving are four children: Tim Gillooly, and his wife Patty of Glen Rock, Linda Cover, and her husband Troy of Spring Grove, Patricia Eidson, and her husband James of Whitesburg, GA, and Thomas Narock, and his wife Maggie of Baltimore; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; three siblings, Patricia Busky of Shrewsbury, Dennis Guerin, and his wife Evelyn of Shrewsbury, and Bill Guerin of York. Nancy was preceded in death by a son, Charles Narock; and siblings, Richard, John, Mike, James, Albert, Joe, Emmet, Charles, Peggy, and Cathaleen. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to a viewing from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, March 29, 2018, at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, PA 17349. There will be a graveside service 10 a.m. Friday, March 30, at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, 315 N. Constitution Ave., New Freedom.
