Nancy E. Tracey (Rice)

Nancy E. Tracey, 77, went to be with the Lord Thursday, November 3, 2016. Nancy was born February 27, 1939, in Baltimore, Md., to the late Thomas and Eleanor (Mason) Rice. She is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Charles E. Tracey; son, Jeffery C. Tracey; daughter-in-law, Sue, and daughter-in-law, Shannon Tracey; two grandchildren, Shannon Lynn Tracey and her fiancé, Jose Victoriano Tomas, and Kyle Tracey; two great-grandchildren, Tristan and Cyndi Victoriano Tomas; two brothers, Tom Rice and his wife, Vivian, and John Rice and his wife, Denice; and five nieces and five nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her beloved son, Glenn C. Tracey; and her sister, Carole A. Meadowcroft. We will miss her laughter and love of family as this was her greatest passion. A private Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of her family. J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, is assisting with arrangements.
