Norma Jean Kelbaugh

Norma Jean Kelbaugh, 87, passed from this life on Friday, December 16, 2022. She was the loving wife of the late Lee Jennings Kelbaugh Jr. who passed in 2004. Born in Smithsburg, MD, Norma was the daughter of the late George and Sarah (Leather) Peterson. Norma was a homemaker and was a fabulous cook; she volunteered at the Animal Rescue, Inc. of New Freedom and the Franklin Square Hospital in pediatrics (newborns); and she enjoyed sewing.

Surviving are two children, Barbara T. Dohler and her spouse, Gary, and Sharon D. Loose and her spouse, Charles, both of Shrewsbury; one granddaughter, Jennifer Gerber; 2 great granddaughters, Cameran and Payton Gerber; and a brother, Glenn Peterson and his spouse, Carole.

Services and interment are private and at the convenience of her family.
