Norma J. Vaught (Fix)

Norma J. Vaught, 81, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 5, 2016. Born in Stewartstown, she was the devoted wife of the late Archie Rae Vaught who died July 11, 2003. Norma was the daughter of the late Charles "Sol" and Pearl Doris (Clark) Fix. There will be a viewing on Monday, January 11, 2016, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown, PA, with a funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in the Stewartstown Cemetery. Norma was a student of the last graduating class of the Stewartstown High School. She had been employed for over 30 years with AMP, Inc., both in Shrewsbury, and later Loganville. Norma was a former member of the Turnpike Baptist Church, and enjoyed playing cards and her trips to local casinos to play the slot machines. Surviving are two children, Karen Mann, of Red Lion, and Kevin Ray Vaught, and his wife Teresa, Stewartstown; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three siblings, Charles Fix, and his wife Miriam, of Shrewsbury, William Fix, and his wife Lilly, of Loganville, and Joanie Jones, of Delta. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Fix.
