Rita E. Streett

Rita E. Streett, 79, passed from this life on Monday, January 2, 2023. She was the loving wife of the late Eugene M. Streett who passed in 2005. Born on the family farm in Stewartstown, Rita was the daughter of the late Everett and Catherine (Bowers) Eppley. She was a faithful member of the Stewartstown United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two children, Daren E. Streett and his wife, Shelly of Cary, NC, and Jamie S. Miller of Shrewsbury; four grandchildren, A.J., Callie, Willa, and Addie. Rita was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald and Raymond Eppley.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation from 12-1 p.m. on Saturday, January 14, at the Stewartstown United Methodist Church, 26 S. Main St., Stewartstown, PA 17363 with a memorial service honoring Rita’s life at 1 p.m. She will be laid to rest beside her late husband in the Stewartstown Cemetery following the service.
