Robert A. Bollinger

Robert A. Bollinger, Sr., 81, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021. He was the loving husband of Gretchen J. (Roddy) Bollinger and they celebrated 53 years of marriage on November 9. Born in Freeland, Md., Bob was the son of the late William M. and Thelma M. (Schnetzka) Bollinger. He owned and operated his family farm for many years. He was known to help other farmers with their equipment problems and was a friend to all; he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was also an avid hunter. Surviving in addition to his devoted wife are three children, Randy Bollinger, Stephanie Lynn Bollinger, and Daniel R. Bollinger and his wife, Melissa Bollinger; 2 grandchildren, Nathaniel B. Bollinger and Elizabeth Bollinger; and 1 brother, Larry Bollinger and his wife, Mary E. Bollinger. Bob was preceded in death by two siblings, Kenny and Nancy.
