Robert M. Duckworth

Robert M. Duckworth, 88, of Shrewsbury passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at SpiriTrust Lutheran, Shrewsbury. He was the husband of the late Angela (Lawrence) Duckworth who passed away in 1996. Born in Chester, PA he was a son of the late Samuel B. and Marie (Marks) Duckworth. Robert was a machinist in Baltimore, MD. He enjoyed putting eyeglasses together, working on cars and model air planes and remodeling his home. He enjoyed putting puzzles together and his trains. He also loved traveling with his wife. He is survived by seven children Robert F. Duckworth, Joseph Duckworth and wife Diana Pickeral, Maria, wife of Rick Chervon, Mark Duckworth and wife Deborah, Christina, wife of Joseph Cataldi, Jr., Patricia Snyder, and Paula, wife of John Bennett; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Robert was preceded in death by a daughter Cynthia Clough and three brothers. Private services will be held by the family.
