Rose Marie Golliday

On Thursday, August 16, 2018, Rose Marie Golliday, 92, passed away at Hope Arbor Assisted Living in Murrell’s Inlet, S.C.She was the loving wife of the late George T. “Bud” Golliday, with whom she shared 60 years before his passing in 2002.She was born on November 6, 1925 in Baltimore, MD to the late Vincent and Rose (LaMartina) Marzullo.Rose Marie was a family oriented woman who was dedicated to taking care of her entire family.She was also a great cook, specifically Italian food. She is survived by her children, Patricia A. Zopp and her husband Wayne, George V. Golliday and his wife Janie, Linda A. Snapp and her companion Mike, Susan D. Peyton and her husband Jim, and David E. Golliday and his wife Nicole; twelve grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Lee Kriete-Flag and Joan Studzinski. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; and four siblings, Theresa Yurche, Connie Gavigan, John Marzullo and Ann Quintana. A public viewing will be held on Friday, August 24, from 10:00am until a funeral service begins at 12:00pm at Hartenstein Funeral and Cremation Care, Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown, PA 17363.Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Stewartstown, PA.Rev. Benjamin J. Dunkelberger will officiate.
