Sally Ann Rubb Brown, 83, died Saturday, September 17, 2016, at Memorial Hospital in York. She was the wife of Herbert Brown of Allegan, MI, and the late Donald Rubb. A visitation will be held from 6 pm to 6:30 pm, Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 101 N. Second Street, New Freedom, with a memorial service beginning at 6:30 pm. Pastor Robert Blevins will be officiating. J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, is assisting the family with the arrangements. Born March 6, 1933, in Middleville, MI, Sally was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She will be missed by all who knew her. Surviving are four children: Alan Rubb, and his wife Debra of Glen Rock, Mark Rubb of Shrewsbury, Lisa Lemire of Thomasville, and Kelly Gradwell, and her husband David of Lancaster; 6 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren. Sally was preceded in death by siblings, Jack and Patrick Reynolds, Marilyn Dolhauser, and a twin sister.
