Shirley A. Kulisiewicz, 66, of New Freedom, died Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. She was the wife of Anthony D. Kulisiewicz to whom she was married 33 years in October 2017. Following cremation a Funeral Liturgy will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, (Historic Church) 315 N. Constitution Ave., New Freedom. Officiating will be Rev. Robert A. Yohe, Jr. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Born May 10, 1951 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late John S. and Augustina M. (Pistorio) Goetz. Shirley was a member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, New Freedom and was devoted to her faith. She had been employed with Crescent Industries Inc., New Freedom and was a dedicated employee for 20 years, leaving in 2015 due to health reasons. She loved her animals, especially her late yellow labs, named Candy Bear 1 & 2. Shirley was well known in her community for her night walks with them in the area. She also enjoyed gardening and was an avid decorator at Christmas, hosting an open house at Christmas for people to enjoy her large Christmas garden. She also enjoyed classic cars and attended many of the local shows. Shirley never said good-bye and was known to just say too-da-loo. In addition to her husband, Anthony, she is survived by her sister, Debra L. Sweet of New Freedom; a niece, Jessica Sweet; nephew, Steve Fleming and his sons, Shane, Douglas and Braden; and a sister-in-law, Debi Kulisiewicz.She was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph & John Goetz. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the S.P.C.A. of York County, 3159 Susquehanna Trail North, York, PA 17406.
