Suzanne Paterra

Suzanne Paterra, 99, formerly of Shrewsbury passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at her residence.

She was born in Vanderbilt, PA, daughter of the late George and Mary ( Friedman) Lovas.

Suzanne received her diploma after three years of nursing school and worked as a registered nurse for 26 years at the Loch Raven VA Medical Center, Baltimore, Md. She retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield as a review medical specialist after 5 years of service.

Suzanne is survived by her brother George Lovas Jr. and his wife Suzanna, niece Sharlotte Wilcox and nephew Edward Ritzell and his wife Maren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Mary E. Jenkins and Irene Ritzell.

A private graveside service will be at St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
