Teresa T. Smith

Teresa Smith, 53, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016. She was the wife of Martin "Marty" Smith. A public visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 11 at J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown. Inurnment will be private. Teresa was born June 5, 1962, in Essex, Md., a daughter of the late Charlotte (Conroy) Clark, father David Tenne, and stepfather Orland Clark. Teresa was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She enjoyed taking care of her family and making them her priority. Surviving her are her husband, Marty; two children, Jeff and Greg Bright; two stepchildren; one grandchild; two step-grandchildren; two brothers, Tom and Tim Tenne; and her stepfather, Orland. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name are recommended to the American Cancer Society (York Unit), 924-N Colonial Avenue, York, PA 17403.
