Thomas Gover Rogers

Born in York , PA, he was the son of the late Kenneth Merryman and Kay Elizabeth ( Reed ) Rogers . Thomas worked at his family’s business, C. H. Reed, Inc. serving as Vice President until his retirement in 2022. He was a Grand Lodge Leader with Shrewsbury Masonic Lodge No. 423 and an active member of his church, serving on the board of trustees at Spry Church; Pine Grove Campus. Thomas enjoyed volunteering, spending time going to WWII museums, car shows, tractor shows, and sprint car races. He was an avid Nascar fan and loved to go kayaking with his family.

Thomas is survived by his wife Sharon and their two daughters , Amy Woods and husband Joshua and Diana Barrick and husband Shawn ; four grandchildren , Charlie Garman, Gabriel Woods, Morgan Woods, and Seraphina Barrick ; four siblings, Donna Dandy, James Rogers, Missy Rogers Heaton, and Michael Rogers.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to a public visitation on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 from 10:00 – 11:00a.m. at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown, PA with a memorial service on Tuesday , May 2 nd to begin at 11 :00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in S tewartstown Cemetery following the service.
