Tydings O. Mcginnis

Tydings "Ty" Owen McGinnis Jr., 71 of Stewartstown, PA passed away, Saturday, May 23, 2020 at York Hospital after an unexpected and brief battle with cancer.He was the husband of Patricia "Patty" (Flynn) McGinnis to whom he was married 28 years.Born in Maryland, he is the son of Joyce L. Fulton.In addition to his wife Patty, Ty is survived by two children, Shayla McGinnis Cordova and Rusty McGinnis.He was cherished as PawPaw by his two grandchildren Connor Owen O'Brien and October Zen Cordova and their father Joey Cordova.Ty was a graduate of Kennard Dale High School Class of 1967.He worked as a machinist at Campbell Chain Cooper Tools for 44 years. A celebration of Life will be held at his home at 7939 Hickory Road, Stewartstown, PA, Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.This gathering will be held outside in order to continue to follow social distancing practices.
