Velma M. Holloway

Velma M. Holloway, 91, passed from this life on Friday, July 5, 2024. She was the loving wife to the late Norman G. Holloway Sr. who passed in 2018. Born in Renick, WV, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Myrtle Maude (Roberts) Boyce. Velma had been employed with AMP of Loganville for over 20 years.

Surviving are 6 children, Lloyd D. Holloway of Stewartstown, Floyd G. Holloway of Felton, Wayne L. Holloway of Sheffield, Emma Lee Knisely-Trout of York, Judy Ann Seaks of Red Lion, and Gail E. Meyers of Deal Island, MD; 3 siblings, Donald Keith Boyce, Eithel Keller, and Linda Lee; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Norman G. Holloway Jr., 2 grandchildren, Doug Holloway and Heather Seaks, 5 brothers, Hassel, Daniel, Nile, Gerald and Delbert Boyce, and two sisters, Gladys Delozier and Lena Cox.

There will be a public viewing from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, July 11, at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown, PA 17363 with a funeral service starting at 11 a.m. She will be laid to rest in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Stewartstown, following the service. Hartensteincares.com
