Virginia V. “Gini” (Lee) Joines Wissman, 88, of Bel Air, MD, formerly of Stewartstown died Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Jacob’s Well Assisted Living in Bel Air, MD.A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Norrisville United Methodist Church, 2811 W. Church Lane, White Hall, MD.Rev. Melissa A. McDade will officiate.Interment is private.“Gini” was born December 20, 1927 to the late Roger E. and Edna M. (Baker) Lee.She was the wife of the late Wayne Wissman.“Gini” was a long time member of Norrisville United Methodist Church and was an avid volunteer for numerous organizations.In her spare time she enjoyed traveling, sewing, cooking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.She is survived by one daughter, Linda Secor; three sons, John R. “Bobcat” Joines, Jr., Craig A. and C. Keith Joines; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one brother, Glen “Frog” Lee.“Gini” was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one son, D. Jeffrey Joines; a son-in-law, William F. Secor; five brothers, Eugene “Gene”, Roger “Peewee”, Robert, James and William Lee; and one sister, Nancy Baker.In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory are recommended to the Norrisville United Methodist Church, PO Box 91, White Hall, MD 21161.
