Wanda Devoe Rohrbaugh

Wanda DeVoe Rohrbaugh, loving wife of James Rohrbaugh for 48 years, mother of Andrew Rohrbaugh and grandmother of Brayden Rohrbaugh, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, September 5, 2022 after an 11 month battle with cancer.

Daughter of the former Howard and Leona (Orr) DeVoe, she was born October 3, 1955 in York, Pa. She was predeceased by her brother, Keith DeVoe and a nephew, Dennis DeVoe. Wanda is survived by her nephew, Brian (Sheila) DeVoe and many nieces and nephews that she baby sat for many summers, and who will miss her dearly.

Wanda was employed at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Drumcliff and retired from Harford County Board of Education Food Service Department as a Cafeteria Manager. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and a Charter Member of the Norrisville Volunteer Fire Company. She loved gardening and having beautiful flowers, Country and Gospel music, and was a people person – loved her classmates.

There will be a viewing from 7-9 p.m. Friday, September 9, at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown, PA, and on Saturday, September, 10 from 1-2 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. at the funeral home on Saturday with Pastor Larry Parlett officiating. Burial will immediately follow at St. Paul United Methodist Church Cemetery, Pylesville, Md.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to H.O.P.E.
