William D. Harting

William D. Harting, 72, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021, at home. He was the loving husband of Mary-Jo (Mueller) Harting and they celebrated 19 years of marriage in June of 2021. Born in New York, NY, Bill was the son of the late William M. and Agnes (Shields) Harting. He proudly served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was employed and retired as a Baltimore City Police Officer. There will be a visitation honoring Bill’s life from 10 am – 12 pm on Monday, November 8, at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, PA 17349.
