William Francis Logue

William F. "Bill" Logue, 93, died peacefully on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at SpiriTrust Lutheran Village, in Shrewsbury. Bill was born November 2, 1924 in Baltimore, MD to William J. and Viola (Truelove) Logue. Bill was a graduate of Mount St. Joseph High School, Baltimore and served with the U.S. Navy during the War. Following the war, Bill attended Auburn University and graduated from the University of Baltimore. He was a CPA and a Senior Vice President of Monumental Properties until his retirement. He enjoyed his retirement life in FL playing golf, pickle ball, travelling with Elderhostel and spending time with family and friends. He was a proud father, grandfather and great-grandfather and is survived by five children, Diane Ganze (Dennis) of Lutherville, MD, Linda Wasmund of Marietta, OH, Brian Logue (JoAnn)of New Freedom, Kevin Logue(Maureen) of Stuart, FL and Shawn Logue (Sandra) of Jacksonville, FL in addition to nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Jane. Bill was preceded in death by his son, Timothy M. Logue. Services will be held at SpiriTrust Lutheran Village Chapel, 800 Bollinger Dr. Shrewsbury PA 17361, on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers Bill has requested that contributions be made in the name of Timothy M. Logue to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
