William E Lowe

William E. Lowe, 60, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2019, after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born in Washington D.C., a son of the late Edward and Matilda (Kramer) Lowe. He attended McDonogh School in Owings Mills, MD. He had been a bid estimator with Potts & Callahan, Inc. of Baltimore. He was a fabulous cook, a good poker player, enjoyed fishing and the outdoors, and was a drummer with several bands over the years. He loved the Ravens and enjoyed sports in general. Surviving are two children, Joshua Lowe of Glen Rock and Courtney Lowe of Jessop, MD; four grandchildren, Ruby DiSabatino, D.J. Meairs, Dublin Meairs, and Declan Lowe; three brothers, Craig Koska and his wife, Nancy of Smyrna, DE, Ed Lowe and his wife, Mary of Colora, MD, and Michael Lowe of Port Deposit, MD; and his best friend Ron Poe of 55 years of Parkton, MD. He was preceded in death by siblings Catherine Ream and Joseph Koska, Jr. The family will be hosting a Life Celebration gathering honoring Bill’s life in the near future.
